Beverly Altimore, Executive Director

With 30+ years of ocean transport industry experience on the Carrier side, Beverly brings a wealth of insight to the USSA Team. She is responsible for Carrier and Member relations, as well as negotiation of effective rate and service contracts. Priorities include moving the Association into a new contract management platform and developing EDI links with Carrier partners to efficiently provide member shipment data to USSA.

Tom Johnson, Support Manager

Tom's 40 years of Carrier experience affords a thorough understanding of pricing, documentation, and FMC regulations, offering support to Members for matters ranging from contract discrepancies to mis-freighted B/Ls to Carrier service issues. Acting as day-to-day liaison between Members and Carriers, his expertise resolves disputes so that Members can concentrate on other responsibilities.

Tony De Santis, Project Manager

The former Executive Director of USSA, and with 30 years logistics experience on the Shipper side, Tony now uses his proficiencies to handle in-house project management for USSA.

Sal's career in information and communication know-how is well-suited to and utilized by USSA's advance on the technological front, ensuring that USSA is a leader in the implementation of efficient and productive processes.
